The Washing Culture does not provide full refund if somehow customer want to avail for a refund they either need to contact us directly over our contact support number or re schedule their slot. 

In case if refund is initiated then the GST amount will be deducted from it.

We provide easy and reliable services to our customers at their convenience and have prior booking amount payment or full payment process for booking their slot.

By submitting your details at comfortable date with time you agree to proceed with having our services and that’s the reason we ask for confirmation booking amount.
